Kelly & Jason’s dream elopement took place in a magical place and even though the rain was unstoppable that day, we managed to make some beautiful photos showing and documenting Kelly & Jason’s love.
This guys came all the way down from the United States, they got engaged here in Costa Rica so they thought it was natural to get married here. For instance, they are in love of this paradise and in the future would like to retire somewhere around.
Kelly & Jason met through a dating app. Once Jason messaged Kelly, she did not respond right away and was about to delete the app, however, at the end she decided to text him back and that’s where this amazing love began.
“My favorite color is blue, and I had my eye on this aquamarine ring. We had a trip planned to Puerto Rico, but had to redo our plans, due to Hurricane Maria, so we switched our trip to Costa Rica. On our first day there, we hiked to Rio Celeste, and he proposed by the aquamarine blue waterfall! Although he wanted to propose earlier in our relationship, he waited until our 1 year anniversary of our first date to propose. When we were looking for photographers for our elopement, we came across one that was named Aquamarine, and so we checked out your instagram photos, and really liked your style of photography, as well as your name! (for obvious reasons 馃檪 )”
